Nope, the FAQ had lots of information but my problem isn't covered there.
You can set up a new Dropbox account at any time. Either set one up via the app or via your PC, laptop or Mac. Go to www.dropbox.com and follow the signup procedure. Note your username (email address) and password for Dropbox. When you go back to the app, tap on Link Dropbox and you will be asked to enter the same username and password. This information is not saved by the app, only you and Dropbox know about it. Once linked, epiPRAC will remain linked until you make changes.
Just press the home button on your iPad to close down the app. Double-click the home button to see the app list. Flick epiPRAC into 'oblivion'. Now tap on the epiPRAC icon. The application should start again exactly where you left off.
Don't panic. Just press and hold the home button together with the on/off button on your iPad. Wait until you see the Apple logo before letting go. The iPad should reset itself. Now tap the epiPRAC icon. The app should start again where you left off.
It's easy. Have a look on the home page. It will tell you when you last took a backup. Tap the message and you'll go to the admin/data view. Here you can backup your data on your iPad or your Dropbox account. You can also get here by tapping the admin icon and then select the 'data' option.
Don't panic. Have you got any backups? Navigate to Admin/Manage Data and pick the most recent backup. Tap Restore. No backup? Contact us, we may be able to help you recover your data...
